This is the first of many blog posts and pictures from our participation in the Ride for Life with Chris Pendergast. Today Dayton Avenue School helped Chris in his mission to "Strike Out" ALS. Students lined the front of the building with inspirational messages, while other students walked with Mr. Pendergast. We raised nearly $700.00 for the cause. I told the boys and girls after we came inside that I was so proud of them. Today, I consider myself the luckiest man on the face of the earth. It is a privilege to be the principal of Dayton Avenue School.
